Have had Sarpinos many times, and I must say they are fantastic! Very friendly people and delicious food. Plus I like the no minimum charge and free delivery! I highly recommend them!

I would like to say that I had at least gotten to try their pizza but it didn't work out that way. Had a delivery order that showed up wrong, the driver said he would bring the one we ordered right away. Called several times and was told every time that it's already on its way. All for not... Turned out to be a no show. After the 4th call and over 2 hours I canceled and I had to request that my card be refunded.

I order from Sarpino's all the time. Probably too much. But I can't stop. In fact I don't even want to. This is my favorite pizzeria in the Twin Cities hands down. From the quality of the food to the overall service and amazingly fast delivery times, they never disappoint. If you've never been, trust me... You definitely want to.

order never arrived. Was told 1 hr to delivery. after an hour and a half, i called and was lied to by the woman on the phone. She assured me my pizza's were 'on their way'. After two hours i called and spoke to Mark the manager, who explained the order was never received OR it was delivered to the wrong hotel. He could not confirm whether my order was charged as he saw no history for the transaction. he did offer to recharge my account for the pizzas that never arrived. after calling grubhub who confirmed i had been charged i cancelled my order. Summation: lied to by employee, and misled by an ill informed manager. Do yourself a favor, never patronize this chain. Ever.

I've never heard of Sarpinos until I saw the Sarpinos Prius on the road. So I wrote the number down and decided to try it out. Best decision I've made as far as trying a new place to eat! I called in for a carryout and placed an order for a couple pizzas. When I got there I was greeted by the very friendly staff and I was very pleased with the service and the food! I will defiantly be going back!

Phenomenal pizza, excellent service, very fast delivery! So excited to find this Pizzaria in my neighborhood the last week by accident. Was hungry and saw this pizza place, which I thought was an eat-in restaurant but it wasn't, but the guy @ the counter was super nice, and he sold me on getting a personal pizza. I chose Santa fè chicken pizza, and I brought it home. The pizza was PHENOMENAL. Since then, this is my go-to take out/delivery pizza. Top 10 reasons to order Sarpino's. 1) It' s New York Style Pizza. 2) Toppings: Quality ingredients, generously applied. 3) Crust: Fresh nicely crispy crust outside and when you bite in nice and chewing...so yummmy...comparable to eating a breadstick fresh out of the oven. Very soft, but not doughy. There are TONS of different dipping sauces to choose from as well. It makes the crust eating experience that much more enjoyable. 4) Sauce : so delicious! Nice and zesty..yet also sweet. Amazing. 5) They have so many side dipping sauces to choose from...the creamy garlic and the jalapeno ranch are exceptional. It makes the eating experience that much more enjoyable. 6) Customer service - very nice, professional @ the counter and over the phone. 7) Online ordering - makes ordering a breeze. They have a good system, and actually pay attention to their online ordering. When I called to follow up and they confirmed that they already had my order down. I did error on my end 'cause I choose marinara, instead of jalapeno ranch, but the lady over the phone corrected for me. I even got an online confirmation email, after my order, and when my pizza delivery person was heading my way. I never excepted this to happen but after I left a review of this Sarpinos; which I might add was not a good one; the owner must have seen my review and contacted me by email and wanted to make it right. She gave us a credit for a good amount of money. We ended up ordering a 4 cheese pizza and a chicken fajita pizza. The 4 cheese pizza was loaded with a ton of cheese, including Feta cheese! It was perfectly cooked and was It was so ooey gooey good. The Chicken fajita pizza was equally as good and also perfectly cooked. I have to say that the pizzas that we ended up ordering with the credit were very well made with a ton of toppings. The same fantastic Sarpinos pizza that I remember from before. I just hope that they can continue to make this quality of pizza. We will definitely order from again and we will let the Yelp community know how it was.

Worst place to order food from! They ALWAYS mess up your order and the food is horrible. I would recommend never ordering from the New Hope Sarpino's. I know I never will.

I have had Sarpino's multiple times, quality is good, first location I had tried was Otsego about 10 years ago. When I first reviewed Sarpino's I compared it to a step above Domino's this was prior to Domino's "change of the recipe". Pizza is still good but is far from gourmet pizza they claim to be as for pricing I think they are overpriced and I would not eat here without a BOGO coupon Pizza wise and price wise your better with one of the other chains. If you don't mind paying 25.00 for a 15 pizza go ahead and order as I will agree with others they do have a quality pizza sauce but that is about the only positive I can give them. Way over priced for a "chain style" pizza place.

I am updating my review. The first experience was not great, and after posting the manager reached out to me and asked what they could do. I said I'd give it a try with the special they offered. The next experience was better, the food showed up on time and I have to say the pesto pizza was really good. I am updating my rating and will continue to improve it if the next time I order the experience is as consistent as this past one.

After moving to a new home last year, was concerned I would not be able to get Sarpinos delivered in a new area of the metro but, enter the New Hope crew! Nearly flawless (one pretty costly --for me-- mix-up with a promise received in a letter to reconcile that, after redeeming the letter and follow-ups, was ignored/calls not returned and my account was never credited). Beyond that, great selection (Pickles on your pizza? Yummy apps? Amazing!) and taste. Their online ordering is dreamily precise. Always friendly, great staff and well-executed. Appreciate the delivery area too (long wait but worth it and glad they make it to us)! Don't change a thing!

This location, new hope, mn, has really gone down hill. Bad customer service- they sigh and are annoyed with your order. The food is inconsistent - cheese is always burned and crunchy; not chewy like melted cheese should be. The sauce tasted a lot more garlic flavor this time and it squeezed down the front of my shirt as I took a bite- way too much sauce. I don't see this place staying around if new management and employees change to ones with good attitudes.

Delicious pizza, with a crispy crust and tangy sauce. The quality of their toppings is very high, and the cheese is so good! We tried their calzones last week... they're huge, for starters (you could easily share one for lunch). But seriously, it was the most flavorful calzone that I can ever remember eating. You get what you pay for, so I think their prices are quite reasonable. It's just not fair that New Hope gets both Frankie's and Sarpino's!

You can tell the pizzas are made with fresh ingredients. They taste so much better than the competition. They have a huge selection of ingredients and choices of specialty and gourmet pizza. I look forward to choosing more from their vast menu. I have ordered online as well as over the phone and haven't had a problem. I enjoy the fact that you can order online. Plus they're always sending coupons in the mail!

I love Sarpino's Santa fè chicken pizza, I haven't really tried too many different pizzas from Sarpino's, but that's only because it was love at first bite with the Santa fè. It is the equivalent of crack for pizza, and that says something considering it's a pizza chain. Every Tuesday I believe is 2 for one on ANY large pizza same or lesser value. Which is an amazing deal. My family orders it out of course so I have never actually been to the restaurant myself. But mantis good good stuff. My fiancé is a very very picky eater, and for her to try something new and love it as much a I do, well that's a five star award in itself. Hats off to you Sarpino's... But you should try and pick up your delivery speed... Just a bit. Other than that? Love it love it LOVE IT. I cant speak for the other locations, but this one in particular knows how to make a delicious pie.

When Sarpino's does it right, it does it great. Awesome fresh toppings, good chewy but not soggy crust. Salads are fresh and good, in particular the spinach. When it does it wrong, which is frequently it is maddening. They cannot seem to take an order on the phone or online without making some error. The pizza's are frequently not prepared correctly. Delivery is always over an hour. Tonight I left my order on the counter and left. Fool me once, shame on you...Fool me 10 or more times and I take my business elsewhere! Too bad, not many good pizza joints in the area.

I have had multiple negative experiences with this Sarpinos. I am a huge fan of the minneapolis location and would always recommend them, but the New Hope Sarpinos has screwed up my delivery orders multiple times. Out of the last three times I ordered, they only got the order right once. The first time we ordered the food was cold when it arrived (not even luke-warm. we had to microwave our pizza). And they forgot the breadsticks. This last time was the worst. The Macaroni Pizza my boyfriend ordered was just noodles on the pizza with hardly any cheese, not the Kraft Macaroni and Cheese they advertise. And I got a very bad case of food poisoning from their Alfredo chicken pizza. I'm not one to cry wolf every time my stomach hurts, but this was undeniably food poisoning. On top of that, they screwed up the dessert order. Be careful when ordering from this location. I recommend you look at Papa Johns first, or go to the Minneapolis location instead.

Definitely a staple at my workplace. They are on the slow side to order (usually 45-1hr), but if you plan for it then it's not a big deal. The pizza is fantastic - i personally love the Buffalo Chicken pizza (also exceptional as a calzone). It's my favorites, and I have tried about 4-5 different pizzas from here. Another co-worker tried the grilled-cheese sandwich and said it was great. I would love to try everything on the menu, and may just get there eventually! Great food, decent prices, and always very consistant. There are a lot of pizza delivery places around here, but I really only consider Sarpino's! Yummy!!

Not the best customer service. Pizza is pretty good. Make sure you ask for the 'Take Out Special' when you order, they don't advertise it like other locations.

This zaa has SO MANY toppings - its crazy! They took 45 minutes to arrive - but I ordered on a cozy Sunday night - at 5:00 - so that seems about right to me. I can't wait to make my way through the whole menu. My new favorite delivery zaa.

I get hungry just thinking about Sarpino's! My husband and I have done the carry out special (buy one pizza get one free) a few times with friends. The specialty pizzas never fail to be delicious. After we call the pizza's are usually ready in about a half an hour. The pizza is also really good as leftovers for lunch the next day. They may be a little more expensive than pizza hut but the specials make it reasonable and the taste makes it totally worth it.

This zaa has SO MANY toppings - its crazy! They took 45 minutes to arrive - but I ordered on a cozy Sunday night - at 5:00 - so that seems about right to me. I can't wait to make my way through the whole menu. My new favorite delivery zaa.

I get hungry just thinking about Sarpino's! My husband and I have done the carry out special (buy one pizza get one free) a few times with friends. The specialty pizzas never fail to be delicious. After we call the pizza's are usually ready in about a half an hour. The pizza is also really good as leftovers for lunch the next day. They may be a little more expensive than pizza hut but the specials make it reasonable and the taste makes it totally worth it.

Great pizza, 2 steps above the average carry out place like Domino's or pizza hut. Fresh pizza, very friendly people.
